Adult Day Training
The Adult Day Training (ADT) services provide person-centered, goal-oriented day services for adults with disabilities. Services are available five days a week from 8 AM to 4 PM. ADT staff members encourage each participant to live up to their full potential. The ADT program provides life skills activities such as daily living skills, communication, budgeting, writing, computer skills, arts and crafts, cooking, gardening, friendship building, self-advocacy, health and safety, using community resources, and more!

Community Living Support (CLS)
This service is provided through the SCL waiver for participants that do not live in the staff residence. CLS services are goal-oriented in person-centered. The staff works one on one with participants in the community to provide training and/or assistance with skills that they would like to achieve activities include: personal goals, educational, recreational or social skills.

Personal Assistance (PA)
This service is provided through SCL waiver for participants that do not live in a staffed residence. The participant receives assistance with eating, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, community activities or activities of daily living.

Respite Services
Caregiving for family members with disabilities is a demanding responsibility and often a full-time job in itself. Harbor House provides weekend respite services for individuals with disabilities who live at home with family members. It gives family a brief period of relief to address other responsibilities, take vacations, or simply have some time off. It is an enjoyable experience for the family member with disabilities as well, as the weekends usually involve special events, outings, and time with other guests, all including around-the-clock care.

Supported Employment
Employment coordinators work with the Kentucky Department of Vocational Rehabilitation to help candidates find jobs in the community based on their skills and interest. Our house also provides on the job training and educational services to help participants further their skills for workforce.

Bulk Mail & Fulfillment Services
Harbor house has on site employment for participants called the Mail Fulfillment Center. Participants who would like to work are able to do so and earn a paycheck. Mail work may include stuffing envelopes, inserting, tabbing, labeling, etc. Participants develop work skills that can assist them in obtaining and maintaining community employment.

Home Sweet Home Cleaning and Personal Service Agency
Our Home Sweet Home program is designed to nurture inter-generational relationships by employing and training adults with disabilities to provide in-home services to individuals and families who are unable to perform tasks like light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, and more.

Transportation
Transportation is a service available to a person to gain access to integrated waiver and other community services, activities, resources, and organizations typically utilized by the general population. The service can be provided when transportation is not otherwise customarily available through natural supports or is included as an element of another SCL waiver service.
